Delivery & Returns

To facilitate the volume of online orders we receive and to ensure timely delivery for all customers deliveries are made using our IWP fleet, and by trusted third-party couriers (GLS and Limerick Express). The delivery method and cost will depend on the size of the product/s ordered, larger items will require pallet or oversized pallet shipping. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated in the final price of your purchase at checkout.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery date only. We reserve the right to require proof of identity, or to refuse a return. Orders which are cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements may not be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Special orders, or non-stock items ordered, may not be returned. 

Please note that we only ship orders from Monday to Friday. If you place an order with us over the weekend, or on a bank holiday, we will aim to ship it on the next working day.

Click & Collect

We facilitate a Click & Collect service at IWP. Simply choose the Click & Collect option as your delivery method at checkout, and then collect your order from our IWP Home Improvement Centre.
