Alphachem by Cromar Roof & Gutter Sealant 310ml

A roof and gutter sealant specifically designed for repairing leaking gutters, downpipes and flashings.

Also suitable for bedding roofing sheets and felts. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces.

Application Instructions:

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease or other contamination. Loose surface material should be removed by brushing. Powdery surfaces should be sealed with an alkaline resistant sealer. Roof & Gutter Sealane should not be used in constant water immersion situations. After use, tools should be cleaned with White Spirit or a similiar cleaner.
