The Rooflite FRF + FRE is an openable, flat roof window with a PVC base unit. 

It includes a rain sensor so it automatically closes in bad weather.

N.B. This is the Base only, you must also purchase the Flat Roof Window Top 120120 separately.

Applicable: In public or residential buildings, in a heated,  inhabited room, in a roof pitch range of 5°-15°.
