KPost Rapid Set 20kg

Pre-blended, fast setting cementitious material.

Used for the erection of all types of fencing posts, gate posts, line posts, rotary lines etc.

Instructions for Use:

1. Dig hole of suitable size and depth for post to be erected (depending on size the post should have between 25% and 33% in the ground).
2. Place post in centre of hole.
3. Half fill hole with clean water (2.5 litres).
4. Pour the post mix evenly around the post.
5. Add remaining water to dampen any dry post-mix (total water per bag 5 litres).
6. Lightly compact to remove any trapped air.
7. Plumb the post and prop for approx 15 minutes or until post is stable.
8. Allow concrete to set prior to commencing any further work.
9. Fill remainder of hole with soil, sod or pebble.

• Usage: One bag is sufficient to support a post in a hole measuring 250 x 250 x 350mm.
• Do not use in temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius or when ground is frozen.
• Protect from excessive drying.
• When mixed with clean water post mix will meet the requirements of I.S. EN 206-1: Concrete-Part 1: Specification performance, production and conformity.
